Box Office Manager

Part-time / Seasonal
$28.00 - $33.00 per hour

The Role

As a Box Office Manager, you will run all aspects of ticketing for the venue. From consulting with other stakeholders and external promoters to determine ticket prices and layouts, to staffing and managing show day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Show Setup: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to bring a show from contract to on-sale by building the show in the ticketing platform. 
  • Seat Layout: Ensure the seat layout on the ticketing platform matches the physical infrastructure on the ground. Lead the chair call for seated shows and develop a process to label all seats and sections.   
  • Staff Management: Schedule and manage show day Box Office staff. Including assisting with hiring, onboarding, and processing payroll. 
  • Show Settlement: Coordinate with internal stakeholders prior to show to determine who will settle each show at the end of the night.  
  • Ticket Operations: Manage Guest Lists (Internal, Artist, Promotional), Will Call, and day of show ticket purchases. 
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to all guests and work proactively to resolve any ticketing or seating issues that arise.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Prior experience as a Box Office Manager at a concert venue is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Ticketmaster Host or the TM1 product suite (TM1 Entry, TM1 Sales) is highly desirable.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure in a fast-paced event environment.
  • Availability: Must be available to work evening and weekend hours, including holidays, based on the seasonal event schedule.

Box Office Attendant

Part-time / Seasonal
$20.00 – $22.00 per hour

The Role

As a Box Office Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, serving as a critical member of the Front of House (FOH) team. You will support the Box Office Manager in executing seamless ticketing operations and ensuring every guest begins their evening with a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ticket Operations: Facilitate nightly operations including ticket sales, Will Call management, and ticket scanning during events.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to all guests and work proactively to resolve any ticketing or seating issues that arise.
  • Financial Integrity: Adhere to the venue’s cash handling policies and procedures to ensure accurate daily reconciliations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Utilize Ticketmaster software (TM1 suite) for sales and entry management.
  • Guest Navigation: Assist ushers and FOH staff in guiding guests to their seats and providing venue information.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Prior experience as a Box Office representative or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Ticketmaster Host or the TM1 product suite (TM1 Entry, TM1 Sales) is highly desirable.

Concessions Staff (Server, Bartender, Hawkers, Bar Back)

$20.00 – $22.00 per hour

The Role

As a member of the Concessions Staff, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food and drinks to our guests. Since all concessions are handled in-house, you will play a key role in providing high-quality service and maintaining venue standards in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Excellence: Prepare and serve food and beverages efficiently while providing friendly and professional customer service.
  • POS Operation: Process guest transactions accurately using the Toast POS system for food and beverage orders.
  • Inventory & Maintenance: Restock supplies, maintain clean workstations, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Sales & Hawking: Actively sell and serve items to guests throughout the venue, including in-seat service for specific sections.

Qualifications

  • Certifications: Must possess valid state-required alcohol serving certifications (e.g., LEAD or RBS).
  • Experience: Prior experience in food and beverage service is preferred; experience with the Toast POS system is highly desirable.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in an outdoor environment and perform physical duties.
  • Availability: Must be available to work evening and weekend hours, including holidays, based on the seasonal event schedule.

Guest Services Representative

Part-time / Seasonal
$20.00 – $22.00 per hour

The Role

As a Guest Services Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for patrons, dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for providing a welcoming and informative presence while ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of guests throughout the venue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ticket & Access Control: Greet guests warmly, scan and verify tickets using handheld scanners, and ensure only valid ticket holders enter the venue.
  • Guest Direction & Ushering: Direct patrons to their assigned seats or general admission areas and assist guests with venue navigation (restrooms, concessions, exits).
  • Customer Experience: Maintain a strong focus on exceptional customer service, staff information booths, answer general guest questions, and provide venue information as necessary.
  • Venue Operations: Manage queues, control traffic flow, and assist guests with special needs or mobility challenges.

Qualifications

  • Work Eligibility: Must be eligible to legally work in the state of California.
  • Expertise: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record in a customer-facing role.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in an outdoor environment.
  • Availability: Must be available to work evening and weekend hours, including holidays, based on the seasonal event schedule.
